What is the estimated delivery time?

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via your e-mail when your order is paid and received. When the order Is completed your will also get a confirmation via your e-mail

What payment methods do you provide?

The Huggybird shop works with Mollie Payments, a reliable partner for payments. With Mollie we have access to several payment methods, including Apple Pay, iDeal, Credit card and PayPal

How do I find the right size?

There are tabs on the product page with more information, including a size chart. Most products have this option, so you can see which size is right for you.

How do I return my order?

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility, our partner for fulfilling and sending your order. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent our store and we will let you know. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
